            (b) In accordance with his previously announced plans, Lawrence A.
Weinbach retired from the position of Chairman of the Board of Unisys
Corporation on January 31, 2006.  He is no longer a director or officer of the
company.  Effective February 1, 2006, Henry C. Duques, who has been a director
of Unisys since 1998, became the company's non-executive Chairman of the Board.
