On October 29, 2007, the Board of Directors of Unisys Corporation
approved the appointment of William M. Reinheimer to the position of principal
accounting officer. Mr. Reinheimer, age 59, has been with the company since
1972 in a variety of corporate accounting positions, serving most recently as
director of external reporting. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Reinheimer had
been in public accounting.
