Item 8.01  OTHER EVENTS

On June 3, 2009, Unisys Corporation (the "Company") received a notice from the
New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") that, as of May 29, 2009, the Company's 30-
day average share price was above $1.00, restoring the Company's compliance
with the NYSE's minimum share price criterion for continued listing.
