Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Erin Mannix, Unisys Corporation's Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller and principal accounting officer, will be leaving the company effective May 5, 2023. Immediately following Ms. Mannix’s departure, William M. Reinheimer will serve as the company's principal accounting officer until a successor for Ms. Mannix is named.
Mr. Reinheimer, age 74, has held a variety of corporate accounting positions with the company over the years, serving most recently as vice president and assistant corporate controller. Mr. Reinheimer previously served as the company’s interim principal accounting officer from October 2007 to February 2008 and from February 2015 to December 2015.
